The Polish National Agency for Higher Education is visiting the “Mediterranean” University in Podgorica

On Monday, April 22, the “Mediterranean” University in Podgorica was visited by the director of the Polish National Agency for Higher Education dr. Dawid Kostecki with colleagues: dr. Magdalena Kachnowicz, director of the department for student programs, Milena Bodych-Biernacka, director of the department for institutional programs and Mr. Marek Bogusz, from the Public Relations Department. The NAWA delegation held a presentation of programs available to Montenegrin students, and the event was opened by prof. Nenad Vuković PhD, emeritus, Slavologist and longtime professor in Poland.

The students of the “Mediterranean” University were presented with programs offered by NAWA, including CEEPUS, which enable studying or continuing studies at Polish universities, as well as short-term stays, as well as a series of exchange opportunities for academic staff and doctoral and master’s programs. The Studyfinder profile, study.gov.pl/studyfinder, which lists Polish universities, state and private, as well as programs that are offered in English, accredited by the Polish Ministry of Science. Diplomas obtained at the mentioned universities are valid in all European countries. The Facebook profile Study in Poland – Ready, Study, Go Poland, as well as the Instagram Ready_study_go_poland, profiles that provide all relevant information about life, education and stay in Poland, were also presented. – https://nawa.gov.pl/en/nawa

After the presentation of the program, the NAWA delegation met with the representatives of the “Mediterranean” University Podgorica in a separate meeting to discuss the next steps in more detail. The delegation of “Mediterranean” University Podgorica consisted of: prof. Silvana Đurašević, PhD, dean of the Faculty of Tourism, prof. Olena Lilova, PhD, dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Dragica Anđelić, MSc, quality assessment expert, Nataša Kraljević, MSc, head of the international cooperation office, vice-chancellor of the University, Prof. Darko Lacmanović, PhD, Prof. Nenad Vuković, PhD, emeritus, as well as the rector of the Mediterranean University Podgorica, prof. Savo Marković, PhD.
