Call for Citizens’ hour

Branko Lukovac, longtime Yugoslav and Montenegrin diplomat will be the guest of the Citizens’ hour. He has done various important functions,  was an ambassador in multiple countries, minister of foreign affairs of Montenegro, minister of international economic relations in Serbia and Montenegro, but also one of the coordinators of the Movement for Montenegrin independence.

Topic: International relations of Montenegro – lessons for the future. The cause of the citizen’s hour is the second anniversary of the NATO membership; but we will discuss Montenegro’s foreign relations, as well as other topics from foreign policy with Mr. Lukovac.
