Defence of magistrate work of candidate Nebojsa Jankovic

 

SOLUTION

 

Nebojsa Jankovic, Magistrate of Postgraduate Master Studies at the Law Faculty of the University Mediterranean Podgorica, will defend the master’s thesis on “Detention – Constitutional Guarantees and Practice”, on 10.07.2018. beginning at 12:00am in the ceremonial hall of the University Mediterranean Podgorica.

 

II The named Magistrate will defend the master’s thesis before the Commission appointed by the Senate of the University, by decision No. R-1552 / 2-18 of 28.06.2018. year, in composition:

 

1. prof. PhD Miodrag Vukovic, Associate Professor at the Law Faculty of the University Mediterranean Podgorica, President;

2. prof. MD Mladen Vukčević, full professor at the Law Faculty of the University  Mediterranean Podgorica, mentor;

3. prof. dr Vesna Ratković, associate professor at the Law Faculty of the University  Mediterranean Podgorica, member.

 

III The Commission for the defence of the master’s thesis, after the conducted procedure, decides whether the magistrate has successfully defended the work and with what grade.

 

IV This solution is published on the notice board of the University Mediterranean and the Law Faculty.

 

Explanation

 

On the basis of Article 41, paragraph 1, indent 5 of the Statute of the University Mediterranean, in connection with Articles 16 and 19 of the Rules of study at postgraduate studies, the Senate of the University  Mediterranean, on the proposal of the Scientific – Teaching Council of the Law Faculty of the University  Mediterranean Podgorica, The report of the Commission for the assessment of the master’s thesis of the master Nebojsa Jankovic, the report of the mentor on plagiarism test, the appointment of the commission for defense of work and the approval of the defining of terms for defense of work at the XXXII session, held on June 28, On the basis of the Decision on the acceptance of the report of the Commission for the evaluation of the master’s thesis, the appointment of the Commission for the Defense of Labor and the approval of defining the terms for defense of work no. R-1552 / 2-18 of 28.06.2018. years.

 

In paragraph I of the dispensation of the said Decision, the Report was adopted (arch. No. 116/18 of 15 May 2018) of the Commission (Prof. Dr. Miodrag Vukovic, President, Prof. Dr. Mladen Vukčević, mentor and prof. dr Vesna Ratković, member) on the assessment of the master’s thesis “Detention – constitutional guarantees and practice” by Nebojsa Janković, a postgraduate master’s degree student at the Faculty of Law, while in the position of the Appointment Act II of the same Decision, the Commission for Defense of the mentioned master thesis was appointed in the same composition. Since Paragraph III of the Dispositives has been labeled with the Decision, the Dean of the Faculty of Law has been granted permission to determine the term of the defense of work, in agreement with the candidate and members of the Defense Work Committee, and that the deadline prescribed by Article 19 of the Rules of study in postgraduate studies has expired, that is e. Dean, pursuant to the provisions of Article 67, paragraph 4, indents 4 and 6 of the Statute of the University  Mediterranean, decided as in the disposition of this decision.
