Decision on appointment of the commission for inaugural lecture

D E C I S I O N

ON THE DESIGNATION OF THE COMMISSION FOR INAUGURAL LECTURE

I The Commission for the Instructing Lecture of the Candidate Prof. Dr. Srdja Božović, associate professor, for the appointment to the academic title of the full professor for subjects Financial Law and Customs Law, as follows:

• prof. Dr. Miloš Vukčević, Associate Professor, Dean of the Law Faculty of the University “Mediteran”, Podgorica,
• prof. Damjan Šeković, PhD, professor at the Law Faculty of the University “Mediteran”, Podgorica;
• prof. Dr. Savo Markovic, professor at the Law Faculty of the University “Mediteran”, Podgorica.

II Inaugural lecture by prof. Dr. Srđa Božović, on the topic “Principles for building a functional fiscal system”, will be held on June 28, 2018. starting at 9:00AM, in the meeting room of the University Mediterranean

III The Commission, referred to in paragraph I of this Decision, immediately after the inaugural lecture, submits to the Scientific Teaching Council of the Organizational Unit a report on the success of the inaugural lecture on the prescribed form.

IV The announcement of the inaugural lecture will be published in the same issue of the University Bulletin in which the reviewers’ reports (candidate’s report) are published, on the bulletin board and the website of the University.

The Decision enters into force on the day of its adoption.
