for appointment of experts from and abroad, for list of experts for accreditation of
study programmes

The criteria for selection of experts are:

  1. Appropriate academic qualification and recognized expertise in relevant subject areas;
  2. As a rule have the expert experience in the evaluation during the process of accreditation and re-accreditation of higher education institutions and study programmes;
  3. As a rule have the international expert experience in evaluation during the process of accreditation and reaccreditation of higher education institutions and study programmes;
  4. Experience in developing, design, preparation and evaluation of higher education programmes;
  5. Experience in management and provision of academic standards and quality at the level of higher education institution/faculty (rector, vice-rector, dean, vice-dean etc.);
  6. Knowledge on higher education system specific for the respective country and the applicable legislation;
  7. Capability of team work
  8. Responsibility in carrying out the agreed protocols, procedures and meeting deadlines;
  9. Capability of oral and written communication and experience in reporting;
  10. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and internet communication; and
  11. Knowledge of oral and written English and /or other language

Deadline and the procedure of applying:

Deadline for submission of application forms is 30 days from the day of the announcement of the public call

Deadline for the appointment of experts in the commission:

Within eight days from the day of the closure of deadline for submission of application forms, the Ministry of Education will announce, on its web-page, the Act on Founding the List of Experts that fulfilled the criteria of the present Call
