Panel discussion: Marking Europe Day in Podgorica
Students, professors, CSO members and other interested parties from Podgorica will have an opportunity to attend and contribute to a panel discussion concerning the mutual impact of young people in Montenegro and the on-going EU accession process. The aim is to touch upon the topics regarding the level of interest shown by young people, namely undergraduate and graduate students, to actively participate and inform themselves on the process of their country’s road to embracing EU laws, values and standards. The audiencewill hear about the blend of privileges and responsibilities entailed in pursuing academic and career opportunities in EU countries, the importance of social entrepreneurship projects initiated by young people, varieties of EU programs aimed at the young population of candidate countries etc. A significant portion of the discussion is devoted to questions and comments by the audience itself, with the hope of instigating a constructive dialogue as a
two-way channel of exchanging opinions and information.
