Colleagues from Galicia (Spain) visiting the “Mediterranean” University Podgorica
Professors of the institution of Educación Secundaria Chan Do Monte, from the city of Pontevedra, from the south of Galicia: Jose Luis Noya Souto, Jose Luis Bautista and Lorenzo Mario Fernández Otero, will be in Montenegro, from April 3 to 7, on a study visit to the University “Mediterranean” Podgorica within the Erasmus+ exchange program. The first official meeting and introduction to the “Mediterranean” University Podgorica was organized on Monday, April 3, when Nataša Kraljević, M.Sc., head of the international cooperation service and Petar Krivokapić, advisor in the international cooperation service, received a delegation of professors, introduced them to the work of the University, informed about faculty units, but also about international cooperation programs and projects implemented by our university.
During the week, colleagues from Spain will have the opportunity to learn more about the work of the Faculty of Information Technologies through planned meetings with the dean and vice-dean of FIT, professors dr. Majom Delibašić and Žana Knežević, Ph.D., but also with the work of partner IT companies with which “Mediterranean” University Podgorica achieves partnership cooperation. Also, guests from Spain will have the opportunity to hold an expert meeting with the Service for International Cooperation, which will be managed by prof. Dr. Rade Jovović, vice-rector for international cooperation, which will refer to the agreement on future internship and exchange programs for Montenegrin and Spanish students.
In addition to the official part, the Spanish professors will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the cultural offer of the Capital City and visit the current exhibition at the Museums and Galleries of Podgorica called “Small lessons on beauty – works of art from the depot of the city museum” on Wednesday, April 5. accompanied by professors from the Faculty of Visual Arts and with the expert guidance of curator Selma Đečević.
