A delegation from the University Mediterranean visiting the University of Pecs
The delegation of University Mediterranean Podgorica stayed on a working visit to the University of Pécs, during which numerous meetings were held with the management and representatives of the faculty and international services.
During the visit, meetings were held with prof. Dr. András Takács, dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dr. Katalin Erdős, vice-dean, as well as with prof. Dr. Ágoston Mohay, dean of the Faculty of Law. They discussed the improvement of cooperation in the field of master’s programs in international economy and business, law, as well as the development of joint certification and digital programs.
The delegation also had a meeting with representatives of the International Center of the University of Pecs, led by Prof. Dr. István Tarrósy, director of international relations, where the possibilities of strengthening the mobility of students and teaching staff, as well as the realization of summer schools, were considered
Special attention is paid to cooperation in the field of tourism, through discussions with the management of the respective study programs, as well as the exchange of experiences in the field of digitalization of university processes.
Prof. participated in the meetings on behalf of the University Mediterranean. dr Marija Janković, vice-rector for international cooperation, prof. Dr. Silvana Đurašević, dean of the Faculty of Tourism, assistant professor Ivana Vukčević, Ph.D., professor at the Faculty of Law, and Dragica Anđelić, M.Sc., manager of the Quality Assurance Service.
As part of the visit, the signing of the Agreement on Cooperation took place, which laid the foundations for long-term institutional and academic cooperation.
In addition to the official meetings, the delegation had the opportunity to learn about the cultural and historical heritage of the city of Pecs, which additionally contributed to the strengthening of partnership relations between the two institutions.
