Representatives of the University Mediterranean visited two prestigious universities in Athens
The delegation of the University of the Mediterranean, which consisted of: prof. Dr. Savo Marković, Rector of the Mediterranean University, prof. Dr. Marija Janković, Vice Chancellor for International Cooperation, and Marina Bulatović, representative of the administration, successfully conducted visits to two distinguished universities in Athens: National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Panteion University.
During the meeting with representatives of Pantheon University, including prof. Dr. Mario Papantoni, Vice-Rector for Education and International Cooperation, Professor of European Law, concrete models of cooperation were agreed upon. The focus was on the exchange of academic and student staff, joint participation in international projects, as well as other forms of academic connection.
At the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the largest university in Greece, the delegation met with Aristeidis Samitas, Vice Chancellor for Finance, Programming and Development. During the meeting, an agreement was reached on cooperation in several fields, including the exchange of experiences and work on joint initiatives in education and research.
This visit represents a significant step towards the improvement of the international cooperation of the Mediterranean University with the leading educational institutions in the region, opening new opportunities for students, professors and administrative staff.
