Coca Cola support for young people and the EYCA caravan of knowledge are coming to Mediteran University Podgorica
On Wednesday, September 25 at 11 a.m. in Room 102 of the University of the Mediterranean, a traditional lecture will be held for students entering the first year of studies, which is realized as part of the Coca-Cola youth support and EYCA Knowledge Caravan.
The lecture, entitled “Burnout phenomenon: how to recognize it and properly address it?” will be given by Sanja Šišović, program director of NGO CAZAS. This topic is increasingly present, especially among young people, who often struggle with burnout, anxiety, the consequences of accumulated stress, and the like due to tight schedules, balancing studies and work.
Timely recognition of the symptoms of burnout is crucial for its proper treatment, and Sanja will help those present to recognize these signs, both in themselves and in people close to them.
All students who enroll in the first year of study will receive their free, co-branded EYCA cards with the motives of the University of the Mediterranean, which are valid for four years. EYCA cards offer students over 250 discounts in Montenegro and over 30,000 in Europe, but also the opportunity to find out about invitations for exchanges, volunteering, employment, and connect with peers in Europe and the region and develop their knowledge through a year-long program of informal education workshops for young.
